Our Vision

“A world with real equality would look past what we are, and focus on who we are” – Leigh-Anne Pinnock

With our mission statement of Investing in Equality, that’s the world we hope to help create. In 2021 we supported 11 charities, offering each charity up to £5,000 through our Give Back Grant. We received hundreds of applications from grassroot charities that are already vital pillars within their local communities.

We envision The Black Fund becoming a name people trust – especially for young people – to offer opportunities, access, work and experience in fields they’re interested in, with a focus on the creative industry.
