The Lioness Circle (Empowering domestic abuse survivors)

The Lioness Circle is a project I set up on behalf of my organisation GAGE CIC – for survivors, by survivors.

It’s a women and girls’ support network based in Thornton Heath, Croydon for survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence (DASV), particularly those born of African and Caribbean background.

Through the mentoring and our other well-being services, we provide key support that help our survivors change the way they view their lived experiences and enable them to make better choices for themselves and their families; resulting in increased confidence and self-worth, and general well-being
